My first blog post....

Welcome!!

Attempted to test out the blog site created for Chirag and ended up creating one for myself. Not sure what to write about - as it was Chirag that led me here, let me start with an intro to Chirag. A few of us, friends got together and started Chirag, a voluntary service org, 3 years back. Chirag is focussed on kids in India and aims to support the education of deserving kids. We have adopted a school, Kaveri Matriculation School at Thoraipakkam and are aiming to develop this school into a model school. Chirag also conducts a yearly gifting program for kids around Diwali, with the support of employees from corporates.
